RETURNS

All returns must be unused and in original packaging within 10 days of purchase.
No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of invoice date.
Customer must email us prior to returning any product for a return authorization number. Any returned product must be accompanied with a return authorization number, written explanation for return, and a copy of the original invoice.
Returned products must be returned unused in new resalable condition, in original packaging – and are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Simply follow these Return/Exchange Instructions to return your package.
Within 10 days of receiving your nonprescription order, you may return any item shipped by BebopStraps.com for a credit excluding shipping charges and costs for re-stocking.
No cash refund will be provided.
Item should be unused, in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an email confirmation will be sent to you.
We will not allow any used items returned. Please, no exceptions.
BebopStraps.com will inspect all returns for damage and determine whether additional fees need to apply. No refund will be issued if returned product is damaged beyond use, or has been worn.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Any item that is beyond 10 days from purchase date.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, smells, or is missing parts.
Any item that is missing the appropriate instruction manuals.
Any item that is missing the original packaging material.
Any special order items or items listed on the website as non-refundable.
Non-Returnable items sent to BebopStraps.com will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Return Shipping is at customer’s expense. BebopStraps.com will not refund shipping charges for returned items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item is returned to BebopStraps.com without a return authorization, no credit will be given.
Orders where delivery has been refused by the Customer will be treated the same as a return for refund.

In your email, include your order number and the reason you want to return each item. A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message.
We cannot guarantee the sizing of an item. Please make sure the sizing is correct before ordering your item. People have different ideas of comfort and how the strap should fit.

Damaged shipping package
If your order arrives and its shipping container appears crushed, folded, or severely damaged, notify Bebop Straps immediately at 813-621-7798
or click here to send us an email message.
Keep all packaging and contents for proof. The freight company may have to pick up the damaged package from you.
An inquiry and investigation process from the freight company will proceed and will usually take 7-10 business days.

Defective product
BebopStraps.com will replace defective products if it is determined that it is in fact a factory defect within 30 days of purchase.

Incorrect product
BebopStraps.com will replace incorrectly delivered product, if it is determined that it is in fact incorrectly delivered.

Credits to your charge card
Credit card refunds will only be posted to the credit card used on the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited.
If you made a purchase using a check or money order, your refund will arrive in 2-3 weeks of receipt of your return.
BebopStraps.com can only accept returns/exchanges that were purchased on the BebopStraps.com website.
